We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, we do accommodate last-minute bookings when possible. For peak travel seasons and holidays, booking 1-2 weeks ahead is ideal.

We provide airport transportation to and from Columbia Regional Airport (COU), Springfield-Branson National Airport (SGF), St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL), Kansas City International Airport (MCI), plus local private aviation airports. Flight-aware coordination helps us adjust pickup timing when schedules change.

Point-to-point sedan/SUV pricing starts with a flat package covering the first 5 miles: Flex $15, Elite $20, and LRP Black $25. The next 45 miles cost $2.25/$2.50/$2.90 per mile respectively; miles beyond 50 cost $1.85/$2.15/$2.60 per mile. No booking fee applies to Flex, Elite, or Black. Larger-vehicle base minimums are $80 for Limo Bus or Rescue Squad, $175 for Luxury Sprinter, $250 for Pink Patrol, and $400 for Luxury Shuttle, plus the applicable booking fee. These are minimum transportation charges, not flat fares for every route. Hourly rates are Flex $80/hr, Elite $100/hr, and Black $120/hr (1-hour minimum); Limo Bus and Rescue Squad start at $130/hr, Sprinter at $175/hr, Pink Patrol at $225/hr weekdays or $250/hr weekends, and Shuttle at $275/hr. Absolutely! Our fleet includes SUVs, a 13-passenger Executive Sprinter, 14-passenger limo-style vehicles, a 23-passenger Pink Patrol bus, and a 37-passenger Executive Shuttle. Passenger capacity does not guarantee luggage space, so tell us how many bags you are bringing when you request a quote.

Gratuity is not included but is always appreciated for exceptional service. Most clients tip 15-20% for airport transportation. You can add gratuity when booking or provide it directly to your driver.

If you miss your scheduled pickup, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to reschedule or accommodate you as quickly as possible. Cancellation policies apply to no-shows without advance notice.

Tell us if you need child seats or booster seats when requesting a quote. We will confirm suitable equipment, availability, and any applicable charges before you book.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before service receive a full refund minus the processing fee. Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before service receive a 50% refund.
