How do I book this service?

What is included in the service price?
No hidden fees at Lake Ride Pros. Your quote includes transportation, a professional driver, insurance, estimated tolls (if applicable), and any applicable booking fee. A fuel surcharge applies to all reservations; it is currently 5% and may change with fuel prices. Credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee. Gratuity is not included in the listed rates, and extra wait time or requested add-ons may cost more. All applicable fees are disclosed before you book.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before service receive a full refund minus the processing fee. Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before service receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before service are non-refundable. Weather exceptions apply; review the Terms of Service for complete details.
Are your drivers licensed and insured?
Yes! All Lake Ride Pros drivers are fully licensed, insured, and undergo comprehensive background checks. Our drivers are trained professionals committed to providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation service.
Do you provide transportation outside the Lake of the Ozarks area?
Yes, we provide transportation throughout Missouri and to surrounding states. Long-distance trips may require advance notice and have minimum charges. Contact us with your specific destination for a quote.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, cash, and business checks for corporate accounts. Payment is typically due at time of booking or before service.
