“We haven’t even used the service yet but we have had nothing but good experiences interacting. We needed a bus on a time crunch (the day before) and they were available and worked with us, even trying to squeeze us in when they didn’t have too many openings before a certain time. Beyond that, we booked for the wrong day and texted frantically an hour before and needed our ride changed and they were gracious and let us switch. We are so excited to use them and will be sure to leave another review but we expect nothing but greatness given our experience thus far.”
